How To Set Up Services

Connects every session to a specific service, giving you real-time insight into average product costs for different services.

Step 1: Log into Your SalonScale Account

  1. Open a web browser and go to SalonScale Login.

  2. Enter your email and password, then click Log In.

Step 2: Navigate To Services Page

  1. On the left-hand side menu, click Services.

  2. The Services page will open, showing any existing menus or letting you create new ones.

Step 3: Add Your Menu(s)

  1. Select Add Menu

  2. Enter a Menu Title (e.g., "Color Services", "Cut + Style")

  3. Choose a menu color to visually organize your services

  4. Click Create to save your menu

Step 4: Add Services To Your Menu

  1. Select Add Service

  2. Enter the Service Name (e.g., “Full Highlight”)

  3. Under Staff Visibility, choose which team members can see and use this service

  4. Click Add Service to save

Step 5: Continue Until All Of Your Menus/Services Have Been Added

After you have added your menus and services, you will be able to select services in the mobile app when creating sessions.

By linking service pricing directly to product usage and labor costs, you can ensure each service is profitable and tailored to your salon's needs.
