Step 1: Log into Your SalonScale Account

Open a web browser and go to<a href="https://bc.salonscale.com/login" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank"> SalonScale Login</a>.

Enter your email and password, then click Log In.

Step 2: Navigate to Subscription Settings

Click on Settings in the top-right corner.

Select Subscription → Manage Payment from the Salon Setting menu.

Step 3: View Your Subscription Details

- Plan type
- Billing cycle and renewal date
- How many seats are used of total amount
- How many sessions are used of total amount

1. On the subscription page, you’ll see:
 - Plan type
 - Billing cycle and renewal date
 - How many seats are used of total amount
 - How many sessions are used of total amount

Seats = the number of users who can access your SalonScale account.

Sessions = individual color appointments where product is weighed and tracked.

Your session usage resets at the start of each billing cycle. ​
