How To Cancel Your SalonScale Plan

Step 1: Log into Your SalonScale Account

  1. Open a web browser and go to SalonScale Login.

  2. Enter your email and password, then click Log In.

Step 2: Navigate to Subscription Settings

  1. Click on Settings in the top-right corner.

  2. Select SubscriptionManage Payment from the Salon Setting menu.

  3. Select Manage Subscription on the top right side, it will open a new payment page.

Step 3: Change Your Subscription Type

  1. Click Cancel Subscription, the final cancellation confirmation page will open.

  2. Click Cancel Subscription, to finalize the cancellation.

Step 4: Check for Confirmation Email

  1. After canceling, you should receive an email confirming that your subscription has been successfully canceled.

Important Notes:

  • Billing Cycle: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.

  • Cancellation Policy: Please note as per our Refund Policy that you are not entitled to a refund upon cancellation

  • Refund Policy: Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable, except when required by law.

  • Reactivating Your Account: You can reactivate your subscription anytime by logging into your account and selecting a new plan.
