Connecting Your Phorest Account

Connecting your Phorest account to SalonScale lets you sync appointments, sessions, and product usage seamlessly between the two platforms.

Step 1: Log into Your SalonScale Account

  1. Open a web browser and go to SalonScale Login.

  2. Enter your email and password, then click Log In.

Step 2: Open the Integrations Page

  1. In the Settings menu, select Integrations.

  2. You’ll see two options: Square and Phorest.

  3. Click Phorest to begin connecting your account.

Step 3: Request Your Access Code from Phorest

  1. On the Phorest integration page, click Request Access.

  2. Phorest will generate a unique code (a long string of letters and numbers) tied to your business ID.

  3. Once you receive this code, paste it into the Access Code field in SalonScale.

  4. You should now see your salon appear on screen. Click Connect to link your account.

Step 4: Match and Sync Team Members

  1. On the Manage Team Members page, find your staff listed under Phorest.

  2. Match each Phorest staff member to their corresponding team member in SalonScale.

  3. Assign a permission level (e.g., Stylist, Manager).

  4. When all users are matched, click Sync.

Step 5: Confirm the Integration

  1. To make sure your connection is successful: Go back to Settings → Integrations.

  2. You should now see Phorest listed as Connected.
