Step 1: Start Your Session & Go to the Weigh Screen
Begin by starting your session, selecting your client, and choosing your products.
Once selected, you’ll be taken to the weigh screen.
Step 2: Connect Your Precision Bluetooth Scale
Make sure your Precision Bluetooth Scale is turned on and Bluetooth is enabled on your device.
If your scale does not automatically connect, tap “Bluetooth Not Connected.”
A pop-up will appear showing available Bluetooth scales. Tap “Precision Scale” to connect.
Once connected, you can begin weighing your products like normal.
Important Notes
After the initial connection, your Precision Bluetooth Scale should automatically reconnect each time you use it when turned on and nearby.
If your scale is not appearing, make sure:
The scale is charged and turned on
Bluetooth is enabled on your device
Any foam packaging pieces have been removed from underneath the weighing area before first use
