Step 1: Start Your Session & Select Your Products
Begin by selecting your client and bowl type to start a new session.
Next, choose the products you’ll be using during the service.
Step 2: Connect Your Precision Scale
Once you’re on the weigh screen, turn on your Precision Scale. Your scale will automatically connect through Bluetooth.
Place your bowl on the scale and use the same button you used to power on the scale to zero out the bowl weight.
Step 3: Begin Weighing Your Color
Select your first color and begin pouring. The weight will automatically sync into the SalonScale app through the Bluetooth connection.
When you’re ready for your next color, zero out the scale again before pouring and continue building your formula.
Important Notes
Ensure your scale is set to grams or mL liquid when measuring color. The mL volume setting will display different measurements and may not match what is shown in the SalonScale app.
You can enable Automatic Tare anytime in your General Settings to automatically reset the scale between colors.
