You've already added in your Color Line Brands and you are ready to add your costs in!
Approximate set-up time: 15-30 minutes
What you'll need:
Access to your Business Center at app.salonscale.com
Your product cost list (ex. Invoice from distributor, e-commerce cart, product price list from rep, etc.)
Q: How do I add costs into my Color Lines?
A:
Login to your Business Center at app.salonscale.com and click "Color Lines" on your navigation menu on the left side of the screen
Select the Color Line Brand you are wanting to customize costs in
Find the sub-brand you are wishing to edit and select "Edit Prices"
Add in your wholesale cost (ex. what you pay per tube/tub/container) in the wholesale ($) box.
Note: Bulk editing costs will save you time!
Select the check box next to the category name (ex. Permanent) to select all
Click the "Edit Products" button at the top of the screen
Add in your cost per unit (ex. $8.95), as well as your markup percentage (ex. 100%) and click "update"

To quickly find a product use the "search products" bar to search a single product within a sub-brand OR use the category filter to narrow down your view
To delete a product, add a $0.00 price to remove from the app

Q: Why do I need to add my own costs in?
A: We require you to customize your own costs within the app to make sure you have the most accurate information regarding the cost of your products. For example, what one salon owner pays for a certain product in Texas will be different for what another salon owner may pay in New Zealand!
Q: Can you add my costs in for me?
A: All account owners who have chosen to add-on our set-up fee (either in addition to their monthly or by purchasing the annual bundle), will have access to an account manager to help them with their cost set up. Need help locating costs? Our account managers can help find approximate costs based on your region.
