Learn how to add clients to your SalonScale account

Option 1: Adding clients from your mobile app

  • Select "Clients" found at the bottom of your mobile app screen

  • Select the "+" button in the bottom right hand corner

  • Enter the clients first and last name and select "save"

Option 2: Adding clients from your Business Centre

  • Login to your Business Centre at app.salonscale.com

  • Select "Clients" from the navigation menu found on the left side of your screen

  • Select the "+ Client" button in the top right hand corner

  • Enter the clients first and last name and select "save"

Option 3: Upload a full client list with help from our team

  • We recommend starting fresh with your client list. As often after years, you may have some clients that you don't see anymore. However, if you would like to get your full client list added. Your account manager will be able to upload a full client list for you by emailing them a .csv or excel file (ex. exported from your front-end software).

Q: Can I merge a client?

A: Yes! If you have accidentally added a client twice, you are able to merge their sessions from your Business Center found at app.salonscale.com/clients

  • Select the client you wish to merge into another client by finding their name and selecting "Merge"

  • Select the client you wish to merge into (*Note - the second client you select will become the new client name) and select "merge"

  • All client/session history will now be saved under one name

Q: I am unsure if a client already exists.

A: On your mobile app, select "Clients" at the bottom of your screen and use the search bar to find a clients name. If your client exists, their name will appear. If your client does not exist it will give you the option to create a new client with that name.
