Product Alert: Discontinued Product

When duplicating a formula and one of the products from the original formula is no longer available (discontinued) at your salon, the app will notify you in the duplicate formula screen to select a new product.

To change the missing product in your formula, select the product in the alert. The app will then take you to the product screen where you can then select from one of your on-hand products to use in your formula. Then select the button at the bottom of your screen that says replace with the selected product.

At the bottom of the product alert, you will see that the product has been replaced. This is indicated with the check mark at the bottom followed by the product name.

Now, you can select Duplicate at the bottom of your screen and continue with the rest of your session.
