How to Fix Your Bluetooth Scale Disconnecting Mid-Service

Step 1: Tap Your Scale

Before you start mixing, gently tap the scale to wake it up. This will help prevent it from entering power-saving mode while you’re still mixing.

Step 2: Reconnect in the App

Once the scale is awake, open the SalonScale app and reconnect via Bluetooth. Your app should automatically pick up the connection.

Step 3: Mix and Weigh as Usual:

After reconnecting, you’re all set! Continue mixing, weighing, and tracking your products like usual.
