Step 1: Use the “Forgot Password” Option
Go to the SalonScale Login page.
Click “Forgot Password?”
Enter the email address associated with your account and follow the instructions sent to your inbox to reset your password.
Step 2: Check Your Email (Including Spam Folder)
After requesting a password reset, check your inbox for the reset email.
Be sure to look in your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your main inbox.
If you still don’t see the email after a few minutes, try requesting the reset again to ensure the correct email address was entered.
Step 3: Confirm You’re Using the Correct Email
If you’ve previously signed up for a SalonScale trial or have been a SalonScale user in the past, there may already be an account connected to your email address.
Try logging in with any email addresses you may have used before.
If you receive a message that your email is already in use when attempting to sign up, this usually means an account already exists. Use the “Forgot Password?” option to regain access.
Important Notes
Make sure there are no extra spaces before or after your email address when typing it in.
Double-check that Caps Lock is not turned on when entering your password.
