Step 1: Log into Your SalonScale Account
Open a web browser and go to SalonScale Login.
Enter your email and password, then click Log In.
Step 2: Navigate to Team Page
From the left-hand menu, click Team.
In the top right corner, click Invite Team.
Step 3: Choose How You Want to Add the Stylist
Option A: Add a Stylist (No Email Required)
Enter the team member’s First Name, Last Name, and confirm their Permission Level (default is Stylist). Ensure Assigned Services is toggled on or off as needed (default is On), then click Save.
This creates a team member profile in your account. They can be selected for sessions, reporting, and assigned services, but they will not have their own login to the SalonScale app.
Option B: Invite a Stylist for App Access
Enter the team member’s First Name, Last Name, and confirm their Permission Level. Toggle SalonScale App Login to On, enter their Email Address, then click Save.
The team member will receive an email invitation to access your salon. After completing their profile setup from the email, they will be prompted to download the SalonScale app and will have their own login.
Important Notes
The default setup creates a stylist profile without app login access.
SalonScale App Login must be toggled on and an email entered for individual app access.
We do not use or store email addresses outside of sending app access invitations.
