I am not receiving emails from SalonScale

Sometimes spam filters can be a bit aggressive - make sure to check your "junk" or "spam" folders.

To unmark messages from SalonScale as spam, follow these steps:

How to Mark Emails Not Junk on iPhone

  1. Open the Mail app.

  2. Tap Mailboxes in the top-left corner.

  3. Tap on Junk.

  4. Tap to open the email you want to mark as not junk.

  5. Tap the Folders icon in the bottom menu.

  6. Tap Inbox.

Unmark an email as spam

  1. On your Android phone or tablet, open the Gmail app . Note: If you don’t have the Gmail app, download it.

  2. In the top left, tap Menu. Spam.

  3. Open the email.

  4. In the top right, tap More. Report not spam.
