How to Connect Square and your SalonScale Account

Follow these steps to connect your Square and SalonScale accounts

If you need to upgrade or downgrade your SalonScale plan, follow these simple steps to make the switch:

Step 1: Log into Your SalonScale Account

  1. Open a web browser and go to SalonScale Login.

  2. Enter your email and password, then click Log In.

Step 2: Navigate To Integrations

  1. Click on Settings located in the left side menu.

  2. Under Salon Settings, select Integrations. You will see available integrations listed there.

Step 3: Connect Square

  1. Locate Square in the integrations list and click Connect.

  2. After clicking Connect, a new tab will open directing you to log into your Square account. Enter your Square login information to continue.

  3. Once logged in, you will be directed to a screen displaying the Square permissions request.

  4. Select Allow to authorize the connection between Square and SalonScale.

Step 3: Complete Your Square Setup

  1. After allowing permissions, you will be redirected back to SalonScale to complete your Square setup.

  2. Including syncing your team members to ensure your staff information is connected properly within SalonScale.

Important Notes

  • Make sure you are logging into SalonScale before attempting to connect Square.

  • You may need admin access in Square to complete the integration.

  • Allowing permissions is required for the integration to function properly.

  • The setup process may take a few minutes to fully sync your information.
