From time to time, color lines will add exciting new shades. SalonScale must create these shades to appear for all our users. When we do create a new shade, they will automatically appear in your account, but without a price. If a product does not have a price, the app does not allow you to select it since the cost of your bowl of color cannot be calculated.
First, let's see if we created the new shade. The first place to head is your Business Center, and then select your Color Lines.
Locate the color line with the new shade(s) available. In this example, under cost, it shows "multiple," which means there are shades that are not the same price.
Click View All to see more details. Now we can see that there is a shade with a $0 price, which typically means it's a new shade that has automatically been entered; it just needs the cost associated with it.
After you have priced the new shade(s), they will appear in your app. If you prefer to sync your app and Business Center manually, you can go to your app, tap Account, and then General Settings. Near the bottom of the page, you can tap on "Update Products."
It will now manually sync the changes you made in the Business Center to your app. Please note that this is an optional step since our app and Business Center will automatically sync; it is just a manual step to ensure immediate changes are applied.
