How to Change Your SalonScale Plan Type

If you need to upgrade or downgrade your SalonScale plan, follow these simple steps to make the switch:

Step 1: Log into Your SalonScale Account

  1. Open a web browser and go to SalonScale Login.

  2. Enter your email and password, then click Log In.

Step 2: Navigate to Subscription Settings

  1. Click on Settings in the top-right corner.

  2. Select Subscription โ†’ Manage Payment from the Salon Setting menu.

  3. Select Manage Subscription on the top right side, it will open a new payment page.

Step 3: Change Your Subscription Type

  1. Click Update Subscription

  2. Select the new plan that best fits your needs. View prices monthly or yearly.

  3. Review any changes to pricing and features.

    • note: When a plan type is upgraded, it will be prorated. When a plan type is downgraded, you keep the plan type until the next billing.

  4. Click Continue to finalize the change.

Important Notes

  • Plan changes may take effect immediately or at the start of your next billing cycle, depending on your selection.
