New shades added that aren't showing in your app? Needing to check pricing on a product or change the name of it? Want to remove a product from showing in the app? Here's how to do all of that without leaving the mobile app.
How to update a single product's details in-app:
Select "Products" from the bottom of your mobile app screen. Select the brand with the products you would like to update.
Select the color line.
Select the product you are wishing to manage by either scrolling the list, filtering by category, or using the search bar.
Edit the title, pricing, and/or markup then select "Save".
How to update multiple products at one time:
To update multiple products at a time. This is best to do if you have multiple products at the same wholesale cost and markup.
In the product select page in the top right corner click "Edit".
From here select all of the products you would like to adjust. When you have selected all products, click "Edit Cost" at the bottom of the screen.
Update the wholesale cost and markup. Click "Save" in the top right corner.
Tips:
Need to add new shades to your account? Check your products tab that they haven't already been added by our team and are needing a price added to show up in the app (note - products with a $0.00 price will not show up in the app).
Need to remove a product from your list? Simply change the price to $0.00 to remove it from view when mixing
Are edits not reflecting in your products on the mixing screen? Select "Profile" from the bottom of your mobile screen. Select "settings" and select "update products" at the bottom to refresh your changes.
To add any new color lines and brands, you must add these in your business center.
