Paid Subscription fees are non-refundable, except when required by law. SalonScale will make every effort to assist you in the use of our application. If you need assistance with using the app or are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact us at [email protected] and our team will be happy to assist you. We offer a variety of educational resources to ensure that you are able to successfully use our service. Unfortunately, not using our service for personal reasons is not a valid reason for a refund.


Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set either on a monthly or annual basis, depending on the type of subscription plan you select when purchasing a Subscription. By subscribing to our service, you are authorizing SalonScale to automatically charge your credit card on file on it’s Billing Cycle renewal date. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the same conditions unless you cancel it or SalonScale cancels it on your behalf. If you wish to cancel your service before your next billing cycle, as the subscriber, it is your responsibility to do so and no refund will be made after this date. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting SalonScale customer support team at [email protected] .
